GEODHA - Community Empowerment
THE FOUR ELEMENTS OF NATURE

Click next to see what they look like today...
What does GEODHA aim to do?
Engage communities to submit reports of problems they are facing, create maps of the reports to raise awareness on big problems, and facilitate data analytics towards solving these challenges.
What can I do?
Spread the word! We are developing an app for everyone to submit reports of community challenges and also view statistics for their community on issues such as open dumps, dirty water, garbage collection, electricity blackouts, air quality, and more. Our primary goal is raising awareness on the extent of these issues in different communities, often unnoticed.
Towards solving the challenges, we want to create datasets for researchers, public policy makers, and governments to utilize in crafting a more comprehensive and effective solution.
Examples of applications:
- Raising awareness on vulnerable communities
- Understanding causes and types of wastes across different communities
- Tracking progress, frequency and movement - identifying critical bottlenecks.
- Consumer perspectives and crowdsourced datasets for electricity and water demand management.
